Hello Old Friend...

Happy New Year! 

It has taken me almost 35 years to figure out what I want from this so called life I live. Let me explain how I may have found it!
3 years ago to the day, I began a new life style. I was overweight, unhealthy and depressed when one day in December I was watching an episode of Dr. Phil (which I had never watched before) when he was introducing The Pink Method. It was a program in which nutrition and exercise worked together to achieve results to a healthier lifestyle. Something in me resonated with this and I ordered it immediately. I had NEVER ordered anything via TV before, so this was a leap of faith for me.
Let me tell you I learned more about myself following that program than I had ever in my life. I didn't know how I had been poisoning myself with "food" and aging my body by not moving it enough. And I learned that I LOVED learning all these things and LOVED passing my successes over to others to have the same success!
I lost 28+ pounds that year and got in great shape and kept it off... until September 2014-December 2014. My family purchased a house that we needed to turn into a home and with NO kitchen for over 3 months - 20 pounds have jumped back on.
So Fitness and Health is my 2015. Not only will I lose 20 pounds, I will regain my fitness & mental strength, run a half marathon, all while sharing my journey with whomever wants to join me. I know that this is the direction I need to take my life..
